Todd began his career in the fields of HVAC and home heating oil before branching out with his own construction company. With 20 years of experience in residential and small commercial construction, including renovations and additions, he has a strong background and skillset for inspecting all types of properties. Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Todd brings his extensive expertise in home construction to the home inspection process. Most importantly, you will find that Todd is personable, patient, and trustworthy, and he prides himself on helping home sellers and buyers alike.
After graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. In Psychology, Carsen climbed her way to a store manager position with Sunglass Hut, where she built and coached a team and helped customers find their confidence with a pair of shades. She is thrilled to now be able to help clients feel confident in their choice of a home inspection with Tiger.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Art gained significant experience in the industry working in roofing, masonry, dry walling, as well as owning and operating a masonry and landscape business for over 15 years.
Cate’s calm demeanor and welcoming personality make the scheduling process pleasant and smooth for home buyers. With her fantastic attention to detail, Cate also supports the marketing team with the organization and preparation of marketing class materials. And when she is not booking inspections or performing other office tasks, Cate can be found tempting the office dogs with her homemade dog treats and is enthusiastically working on a book series entitled The Madison Puppy. Carsen is excited to join Tiger Group’s client service team, bringing with her an extensive background in customer service and retail management.
Amber joins Tiger with 8 years of client service and retail experience, and truly enjoys interacting with people and problem-solving. Her friendly and outgoing personality will be welcoming to clients and Realtors alike. Inspecting both residential and commercial structures, Tom shares with our clients his extensive knowledge in a calm and pleasing manner. Phil comes to Tiger with over 30 years of experience as a Professional Engineer in commercial design and construction, and facilities management in both the private and public sectors.
